Help Wanted The game is still just in the early planning stages, but I will need help putting it all together. Here is a list of things I'd like people to help me out with. If you'd like to apply for a job, e-mail me at genesis@end-of-story.net. - Beta Readers. I'll be writing out the story before I start putting the game together, and I'd like to have a few people read it and check for grammatical correctness, punctuation and spelling. They'd also be checking for holes in the plot and continuity (I'm not infallible, here :P). For beta readers ONLY, the story will be put on the website in a password-protected folder. No one else can read the story until the game comes out! ;) - Namers. These will be the people that help me come up with names for random people, enemies and bosses, as well as weapons and attacks. If you'd only like to name specific things (enemies, bosses, random people, weapons or attacks) you can be on just that team. If you don't give a preference, you'll be automatically added to the team that helps with naming all of the things mentioned earlier. - Sprite Designers. The game will focus mainly on my original senshi, but Naoko's senshi will also be making appearances. Even then, their fukus and some physical characteristics will be different, so I can't just rip sprites from Another Story or something. There will also be secondary characters, animals (the Moon Cats, for instance), enemies, bosses and random people to create. Pictures that come up when each character speaks will also need to be made; they'd be bigger then the sprites themselves. If you'd like this job, please go through the gallery and look at the character sheets I've provided. Choose two-five characters to make sprites of; if you want to, you can get some bases from here. :) Please give links to examples for me to look at. - Background Designers. These people will be in charge of making the backgrounds for the game, a la Sailor Moon: Another Story. Again, the backgrounds will largely be different, so I can't just rip them from Another Story or something. Please give links to examples for me to look at. - Artists. I'd like to have a few artists create professional looking artwork for use on the web site itself, and in a gallery on the website. For those artists who do commissions, hopefully this will give you more exposure to an audience that may not be aware of you, and then (hopefully!) those people will request commissions from you. I'd also like to have the artist's permission to sell their works as prints on deviantART AFTER the game comes out; half of the proceeds will go to myself (and then to the non-artist members of the team), while the other half goes to the artist themselves. The artist will also be allowed to sell prints on their own and keep all the proceeds from any they sell. You are not obligated to give me permission to sell prints through my deviantART account. - Animators/Cut Scene Artists. I'll need people to draw and animate the opening scene/credits, and the ending scene/credits. Possibly a few cut scenes as well. Please give links to examples for me to look at. - Music. I'm taking suggestions for music to be used in the game. My only requirement is that if the song isn't instrumental, it must be in English. You may submit suggestions for any genre of music, as long as the words themselves are in English. If you're just suggesting I use the instrumental version, well, go crazy! :) - Voice Actors. I'll need quite a few of these. Other then Naoko's senshi and my own, I'm not exactly sure how many characters will need voices. Auditions will be put up at a much, much later date; until then, please don't ask if you can be a voice actor. - Game Testers. These will be the people who get to play the game before it's made available to the public. They will be checking for bugs and the like. I'd like to have a pretty big group of people to test the game; the more beta testers, the more likely it'll be that all or most of the problems will be fixed! (And the sooner the game will be released to the public!) |
