Alexandria Brooke is here!

I had the baby!! I am now the proud mommy of two little girls. Alexandria Brooke was born on January 21, 2009 at 12:12 PM (two days before my due date!). They broke my water at nine AM that morning, because I was having contractions every five minutes, but they weren't getting any stronger - in other words, they weren't making me dilate, something that has to happen in order for the baby to be born vaginally. But boy, my body made up for it once my water was broken! The contractions were so bad I was crying - the pain meds they had me on did not work at all, they didn't even take the edge off.  I was not a happy camper, heh.

Anyway. Alex weighed seven pounds, twelve ounces at birth and was 20 inches long - so she was almost two pounds heavier then Ariel was, and she was half an inch longer. Alex is doing great, Ariel's liking being a big sister (as far as I can tell, there hasn't been any jealousy issues - yet), and mommy is healing well. :) I'm currently in the process of planning Ariel's first birthday party; she'll be three on Valentine's Day. It'll also be the first time most people will get to see Alex. I've got my work cut out for me, heh.

Quick list of updates and such

• New layout... while trying to fix something on the purple theme I coded, I screwed it up. :/ I have absolutely NO idea what I did, so I have no idea how to fix it. Back to the drawing board. *sigh*

• New tutorial up under Adobe Photoshop CS - Blending Images. I think I'm going to start doing one tutorial a day, until all of the ones I've listed are done (I'm not letting myself do any tutorials right now that aren't on that list)... we'll have to wait and see.
• Three name fanlistings up: Ariel, Kiara & Rayne.
• I've decided on Alexander David, if the baby/one of the babies is a boy (I still don't know if I'm having twins or not - stupid doctor). If there are two boys, the other one will be Braden Clark. If I have girls, I've decided on Isla Clare and Alexandria Brooke.
